Work in Progress - Autumn 2023

Autumn seems to be my most productive time of year. The heat and humidity of summer are gone, there is a crispness to the air, and knowing that soon the cold windy days of winter will soon be upon us, all combine to inspire and drive my creativity.
Here are a few pictures of some current works in progress. These pictures show some, but definitely not all the phases and decisions that are involved in the evolution of a piece of my sculpture.
Some of these pieces will be on exhibit at Riverfront Renaissance Center for the Arts in November, but more about that in another post.
The last picture is of one of my friends from my pond. He sings to me while I work.
