It's been a couple weeks since my Open House. Now that things have settled down I'll take a moment and give a brief recap. Saturday morning started with a light rain. Things didn't look too good at that point. But the rain petered out and it was mostly cloudy the rest of the day.
The first visitors were a group from Perkins Folk Life Center. They were a lively and enthusiastic bunch. It was a pleasure to have them here. From there I had a steady stream of visitors all day Saturday and Sunday. It was nice to see many regulars and old friends, and great to meet many first time visitors. As he did last year, Randy Harry did a wonderful job providing live music for the event.
Thank you to all who came and I hope to see you all again next year.
Oh, I almost forgot, Joe was the winner of this sculpture.
